The readiness score
The free readiness score is a self-reported diagnostic. It is an estimate based on the answers you give and is not a guarantee of any outcome, saving, or result.
Engagements
Paid work — assessments, system builds and managed plans — is governed by the separate written agreement or statement of work we sign with you. Where that agreement differs from this page, that agreement controls.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing cycles and notice periods are set out in your agreement. Monthly plans generally require 30 days' written notice to cancel unless your agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
The site, brand and our pre-built system configurations remain ours. Your data and your business content remain yours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
